Major Responsibilities
- Ensuring and formulating successful implementation of customer development and growth strategies for B2B service and ICON Management
- Formulate and implement the retention processes for the customers
- Introducing digital propositions in line with B2B Marketing that can better facilitate the B2B Customers’ stickiness and also avenues for revenue stream
- Maintain strong relationships with the B2B customers through offering special discounts, benefits, customer engagement programs for continued customer loyalty.
- Identify and propose areas for optimization in resource management and influence organization positively with the changing needs of business segment, customers and market thorough analysis and recommendations
- Successful implementation of approved business plan
- Ensuring all service parameters of the B2B sales units and penetrate Icon sales
- Provide input into the development of annual Unit plans and propose measures for addition of best practices based on market knowledge and customer requirements.
- Provide guidelines and targets to service teams, evaluate reports submitted by CMU on churn and bad debts collections;
- Check and monitor the stoppage of services related to non-payments and direct the team to coordinate with customers for swift recoveries of bad debts
- Maximize the life time value of customer base by devising programs with the help of marketing team and provide insight in the products or programs for loyalty retention;
- Offer customize solutions keeping in mind customer needs with relevant department;
- Make visits to current and potential clients on monthly basis and ensure partnership with clients is consistent with BL's corporate guidelines at all times

Required Academic Qualifications
- HSC - SSC - BBA - HONORS 1ST YEAR

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of BTRC Applicable Regulations
- Good understanding of Sales Management Tool & Techniques
- Pertinent knowledge of Churn Management and key drivers of customer dissatisfaction
- Know-how of Billing and VAS
- Understanding of methods and techniques for deep & cross selling
- Basic knowledge of networks technical framework
- Strong grip on Sales Management
- Sound knowledge of Company products
- Good understanding of market competition
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
