Syed Spinning & Cotton Mills Limited (SSCML) is a sister concern of SYED GROUP - One of the Renowned and 100% Export Oriented Knit Yarn manufacturing Spinning Mill. Now we are looking for hard working, honest, punctual, potential candidates for the position of Security Officer in our Factory.
Job Location: Shilonda, Shialkol, Sirajgonj.

To monitor the activities of Security Team;
Investigates & reports, Security & Safety breaches & follow up as corrective measures;
Ensure smooth traffic flow inside factory and in all entry & exits;
Responsible for training activities of all Security personnel;
Capable to handle unexpected situations in a calm manner;
To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work;
To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.;
To assist in day-to-day departmental operations as and when required;
To perform any other task assigned by the supervisor as & when required;
Record all incidents on appropriate log book.
Identify alarming situation and take necessary action.
Identify different types of incidents through CCTV.
Time to time report to Management about Factory Security.

Minimum HSC/ Graduate in any discipline.

Any general qualified candidates can apply but Retired Person from different disciplines like Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, RAB, BGB will be given preference.
Height: Standard
Capability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
Knowledge of security procedures and practices.
Skill in observing situations and decision making.
Age and education will be relaxed for retired Military personnel.
